Architectural Area Lighting, founded in 1966, has continuously expanded its product offerings over the past three decades. AAL is known for its aesthetic designs, optical performance and family of fixtures. Product styles and selections include period, contemporary, poles + arms, floodlights, steplights, wall sconces, bollards, and custom design fixtures.
AAL’s product series are scaled in multiple sizes and employ different materials to expand the specifier’s choice in complementing architectural details and site design themes. Lighting applications include mixed-use retail, commercial, educational, residential developments, municipal and downtown renovations.

Headquartered in La Mirada, CA, Architectural Area Lighting manufactures within a 90,000 square foot facility. With a full range of fabrication and assembly capabilities, AAL produces highly engineered, quality products. AAL fixtures are all rated for outdoor use and are used for various interior applications.
